Just a little more info about myself thats not in the video just to get a better idea of me, I am 5'11 and currently 185lbs. I have been training in the gym for the past 5 years for 5-6 days a week, my wife was a NSABBA competitor and has been my trainer the whole time. I started out at being 120 lbs at 5'11 and got up as high as 203lbs at one point but for now seem to being staying around 185lbs.
